A few days ago this image popped into my head out of nowhere; a big dumb looking green monster that stands in your backyard and just yells "GRAWK!" all day & night. It's not dangerous and doesn't tear anything up, it just stands there and screams at your house.You can throw all the shoes at it that you want, but that won't chase it away for long. Before you know it, it'll be back outside your window screaming at you again.
It's one of those things you don't tell a potential home buyer-- that the garage leaks, that the house was built on an Indian burial ground or that there's a Grawk in the back yard.
